W&M Board of Visitors to meet Nov. 20-22
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will hold meetings in Williamsburg and at Richard Bland College on November 20-22, 2024. The purpose of the meetings is to conduct regular business of the Board.
Committee meetings will begin at 3 p.m. on Wednesday November 20, in room 2018B of Alan B. Miller Hall, located at 101 Ukrop Way, with meetings ending for the day at 5:30 p.m. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the Board will attend a dinner in the Taste Studio of Colonial Williamsburg, located at 305 South England Street.
On Thursday Nov. 21, committee meetings will begin at 9 a.m., in the Academic Innovation Center on the Richard Bland College campus, located at 11301 Johnson Rd. in South Prince George, Va,. At 10:30 a.m. a meeting of the full Board will commence to discuss business related to Richard Bland College and at 11 a.m., the Board will take a tour of the Richard Bland College Campus, immediately followed by a lunch with RBC students. At approximately 2:30 p.m., committee meetings will resume in Brinkley Commons of Alan B. Miller Hall on the William & Mary campus. Meetings for the day are set to conclude at 5:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a reception with the Whole of Government, Military & Veteran Affairs Staff and ROTC Program Staff in the Atrium of Alan B. Miller Hall.
On Friday Nov. 22, committee meetings will resume at 7:30 a.m., in Brinkley Commons of Alan B. Miller Hall. A meeting of the full Board will begin at 10:45 a.m.and is expected to conclude by 12:30 p.m. A detailed schedule is available on the Board website.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment. Because of the space limitations, the Friday meeting of the full Board will also be live streamed on the Board of Visitors webpage at www.wm.edu/bovmeeting.
