For the Bold: A Family Commitment

H. Thomas Watkins III '74 started a family legacy when he decided to attend William & Mary. His father, Hays Watkins, Jr. LL.D. '82, became invested in his son's education and the university, becoming the Rector of the Board of Visitors from 1987 to 1993. Two of his three children, Catherine '05 and Hays '11, would ultimately call William & Mary their alma mater.
