W&M Board of Visitors to Meet Feb. 7-9
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on February 7-9, 2024. The purpose of the meetings is to conduct regular business of the Board.
Committee meetings will begin at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday February 7, in the room 302 of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Rd, and will end for the day at approximately 5:30. At 6:45 p.m., the Board will attend a dinner in room 302 in Blow Hall.
On Thursday February 8, committee meetings will resume at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Memorial Hall and should conclude at 1:30 p.m. At 3 p.m., the Board will participate in a joint meeting in Brinkley Commons of Alan B. Miller Hall, located at 101 Ukrop Way. The W&M Board of Visitors will be joined at the joint meeting by the W&M Foundation Board of Trustees, Alumni Association Board of Directors, and the Annual Giving Board of Directors. At approximately 6:00 p.m., the Boards will attend a reception in the Atrium of Miller Hall.
On Friday February 9, meetings will resume in Blow Memorial Hall with a 9:30 a.m. meeting of the full Board and should conclude at 11:15 a.m. The Board will then have lunch with members of the W&M Cypher Society in Room 302. The meeting of the full Board in the Grimsley Board Room will be live streamed on the Board of Visitors webpage at www.wm.edu/bovmeeting. Many Board members will also participate in the Charter Day Ceremony and related events scheduled on February 9-10.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
