It was a dark and stormy night...when William & Mary Libraries decided to host a 2-Sentence Horror Story for all W&M students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Every other Monday we’ll get together to explore the world of generative AI. We’ll read and chat about articles, share ideas, and try out some of the tools. No experience needed. 

We invite you to join us for our weekly D.C. Career Conversations Meetup at the W&M Washington Center from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Mondays. Registration is required. 

Location: Main Campus and VIMS Campus There are 18 donation locations on the main campus in Williamsburg and 3 donation locations at VIMS. Look for bright yellow donation boxes with a W&M Fall Food Drive flyer in buildings all around campus.

William & Mary has partnered with Mission Collaborative to bring you the W&M Alumni Career Design Program, a 30-day online program to help W&M alumni get the clarity, plan, and accountability you need to design a successful career.

Join us at the Glen Allen Branch Library on Oct. 25 from noon-1 p.m. for a casual lunch with fellow alumni, parents, family and friends. 

Dr. Parkinson’s lecture revisits the 1774 Yellow Creek Massacre, and its ripple effects through the Ohio Country and the Continental Congress. This event is the closing plenary of For 2026: Wartime Transformations, and is offered free to all.

William & Mary Women, The Women’s Network, and the Committee for Inclusive Excellence are partnering with VCU Massey Cancer Center and Sentara Healthcare to bring the mobile mammography unit to campus.

Xavier Cortada is a Cuban-American artist whose work transforms public spaces into platforms for community engagement, education and activism. Cortada has been commissioned to create art for the White House, the World Bank and CERN, among many venues.
