During Homecoming & Reunion Weekend 2023, Glenn Close ’74, D.A. ’89, H.F. ’19 and President Katherine Rowe sat down in the newly named Glenn Close Theatre for their Presidential Conversation about the role of the arts at William & Mary. Close shared memories from her time as a student, during which she performed in a variety of campus productions and was mentored by longtime W&M theatre professor Howard M. Scammon Jr. ’34.
