W&M Board of Visitors to Meet
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on April 23-25, 2025. The purpose of the meetings is to conduct regular business of the Board.
On Wednesday April 23, members of the Board will participate in a public hearing on tuition and fees at Richard Bland College located at 11301 Johnson Road in Petersburg, VA in the Academic Innovation Center boardroom (2nd floor). The hearing will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Additional meetings for the Board of Visitors will begin at 12:30 p.m., in the Grimsley Board Room of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Rd., and are scheduled to conclude for the day at 5:15 p.m. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the Board will attend a dinner with the Rector in the Muscarelle Museum of Art, located at 603 Jamestown Rd.
On Thursday April 24, committee meetings will be held between 8:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. in Blow Memorial Hall. At 10:15 a.m., the full Board will meet in the Grimsley Board Room to conduct business regarding Richard Bland College. At approximately 3:30 p.m., the Board will attend a reception in the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, located at 101 Ukrop Way. At 6 p.m., the Board will attend a culinary dining event hosted by Aramark, in the Commons Dining Hall, located at 651 Ukrop Way.
On Friday, April 25, committee meetings will resume in Blow Memorial Hall at 7:45 a.m The full Board is scheduled to meet starting at 11 a.m. meeting, with meetings expected to end for the day at 12:30 p.m.
Meetings of the full Board will be held in the Grimsley Board Room in Blow Memorial Hall on Thursday and Friday. The Board room is open to the public, but seating is limited. Meetings of the full Board will also be live-streamed on the Board of Visitors webpage at www.wm.edu/bovmeeting.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. All meetings are open to the public but public comment will only be accepted during the scheduled public hearing at Richard Bland College. There will be no additional opportunities for public comment.
